Bilt Hamber medium clay is the perfect example of why we love Bilt Hamber products so much. It’s something that is so overhyped by other brands but in reality just needs a superb product that works.
Not only is this perfectly formulated to carefully remove harmful contamination from clear coat, glass and paint, it’s designed to use standard tap water as the lubricant, removing the need to waste your expensive Quick Detailers to reduce friction. It’s got absolutely no surfactants, powdered detergents or soaps and is just formulated to do one job without messing you around and increasing product costs.
Every time Bilt Hamber Clay has been tested in the Auto Express tests it has come out top of the Clay awards which we think is pretty high praise indeed.
You get 200g of it in this bar which is more than enough to last.
What kind of Clay should I use?
If the vehicle is heavily contaminated, has never been clay-barred before, or it’s hot/summer then use Regular. All clay bars become firmer when cold and softer when warm.
For paintwork that is in a reasonable condition, Medium will be preferred.
If paint is in good condition, if you like to clay your vehicle frequently or indeed if the weather is cold, then use Soft.
Bilt Hamber Laboratories is a legend amongst those in the pursuit of perfection.
While they don’t chase Insta likes, expensively produced YouTube videos and other niceties what they do is produce products that perform, consistently and effectively.
If you’re looking for a shampoo, clay bar, wax or polish that simply delivers unbeatable results then we couldn’t recommend Bilt Hamber more highly. Not just revered by detailers you’ll find their products loved by mechanics and technicians alike. This is the section you come to when you need the job done right first time.
If you are finding you aren’t getting the results you need with brands more focussed on how their packaging looks, or how it smells, than how it works then come try Bilt Hamber and prepare to be amazed.
